The Ocean Reserve at 19370 The Ocean Reserve at 19370 Collins Avenue in beautiful Sunny Isles Beach, spreads out in the heart of the new Florida Riviera. Located a few steps across Collins Avenue from the beach, close to great restaurants, shops and night spots and a few miles from the Aventura Mall, Gulfstream Race Course and Casino, and South Beach. The resort allows guests to enjoy all of South Florida's outdoor fun including golf, deep sea fishing and entertainment.

This vacation condo is a large 1500 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath unit with a kitchen, dining and living areas. The apartment is fully furnished and outfitted with linens, towels and a all of the kitchen basics. The apartment overlooks the spectacular pool area, tennis courts against the backdrop of the Aventura skyline from the balcony on a high floor. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV. separate vanity area, two walk-in closets an en suite bathroom with shower and tub. The second bedroom has two full size beds, walk in closet and flat screen TV. The large living room has a sofa, chaise lounge, and side chair with a 46' flat screen TV. The large dining room table easily accommodates six. The balcony overlooks the pool and tennis courts and has two chairs and a small table. The kitchen has all appliances and basic cooking items. The apartment also has WIFI at no extra charge.

There is a fitness center and a beautiful pool. tennis courts and garden area for you to enjoy. With access to the entire property and some of South Florida's most striking beaches this is one of the Sunny Isles Beach area's most prominent condominiums and an excellent vacation spot for family, couples or even business travellers. It is located conveniently mid-way between Fort Lauderdale and South Beach and close to both the Fort Lauderdale and Miami International Airports.

NOTE: Free self parking is included for one car. The building charges a one time $40.00 administrative fee at time of check in to cover the cost of access fobs, wrist bands, etc. Check in after 10:00pm will result in an additional $50.00 charge to you by the building administration.

SURCHARGE APPLIES FOR 5TH AND 6TH GUESTS - $25 PER NIGHT PLUS TAX

Only registered guests are permitted entrance to the property or the apartment.

    The apartment we rented was lovely, Fresh, bright & clean. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating and so helpful. The position of the apartment was close to beaches and restaurants. We would definitely recommend staying here.

    Wir waren für 5 Tage dort und hatten diesen Ort gewählt, um auch nahe bei Fort Lauderdale zu sein, da wir das neben Miami auch besuchen wollten. Es ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Ausgestattet mit (fast) allem was man braucht. Sogar Badetücher für den Pool oder den Strand, das hat uns sehr geholfen. Die Wohnung liegt im 8 Stock. Man schaut auf den Pool. Direkt neben dem Komplex aus 3 Gebäuden ist eine 3-4 spurige Rampe/Brücke zur Straße stadteinwärts. Glücklicherweise hört man davon am Pool sehr wenig. Überraschenderweise hat es uns auch nicht beim Schlafen gestört. Der Pool war sehr sauber und gepflegt, so wie die ganze Anlage. Auto stand im Parkhaus, direkt daneben, sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr gut umsorgt, es fehlte ein Fön, der wurde uns am nächsten Tag gebracht. Der Fernseher hatte am Anfang keinen Empfang, wir wurden umgehend zurückgerufen. Lediglich das Wäschewaschen war etwas schwieriger als erwartet, deshalb das (fast) oben. Die Waschmaschinen und Trockner stehen in der Etage, man braucht eine Karte, die man erst bezahlen und dann aufladen muss. Für einmal waschen ist das recht umständlich und teuer. Geht aber notfalls auch. Insgesamt können wir die Wohnung wirklich empfehlen.

    My husband, 5YO daughter and myself really enjoyed our 9 days in this condo. The beach is a short walk across the street (it’s a busy street but there’s a crosswalk and walk button). There’s a public park with a playground and small splash pad right next to the building. The pool is great too. Even though it was busy season, it was never crowded. There are 18 cabanas available for free (first come, first served). There’s a Publix down the street and the condo is about halfway between Miami and Fort Lauderdale.

    I don’t think it states in the posting, but there are laundry rooms on every floor of the condo.

    Ben was a text or call away if we had questions. The condo had clean linens and towels, also beach towels, beach chairs and pool noodles. The beds were comfy and we all slept well. There’s a ton of storage space so it’s ideal for hide and seek.

    We’d highly recommend to other families, couples, retirees, etc.
